The rules of the road for using openGaro.
Agreement
By using openGaro (the software, cloud service, or website), you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf. Stop using the service if you do not accept these terms.
License & open source
openGaro is open source and released under an open license. You may self-host, run, fork, and modify it in line with that license. The cloud service and its hosted workspaces are provided as a service and subject to these terms.
Bring your own API keys
You are responsible for the API keys and credentials you connect, for the providers you choose, and for usage costs incurred by the providers. You must keep your keys secret and not expose them in publicly accessible workspaces.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use openGaro to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or abuse the providers you connect to. You are responsible for the content and automations you run through the service.
Cloud service
We aim to keep the cloud service fast and reliable, but it is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. You are responsible for backing up the automations and data that matter to you.
Intellectual property
openGaro remains the property of its maintainers. Your data, automations, and content belong to you. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, openGaro and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Reach us at legal@opengaro.com with any questions.
